Federal and public procurement

Registered, insured and already working on U.S. federal ground.

Many capable contractors cannot bid public work because the registrations are not in place. Ours are: unique entity identifier and D-U-N-S on file, NECA membership, and contractor registrations in Delaware, New York and Puerto Rico.

What we bring to a bid

The paperwork is done. That is not a small thing.

Public and federally funded energy work carries a compliance load that filters out most specialty contractors before technical merit is ever considered: entity registration, insurance, workers' compensation coverage in the right jurisdiction, prevailing wage administration, apprenticeship ratios and reporting.

We carry a unique entity identifier and a D-U-N-S number for federal registration, we are a member of the National Electrical Contractors Association, and we hold contractor registrations in Delaware, New York and Puerto Rico — including merchant certification with the Departamento de Hacienda and current coverage with the Corporación del Fondo del Seguro del Estado.

We do not publish our federal tax identification number on this website. It is available directly, on a completed W-9, to counterparties who need it.

How we work with primes

  • As an electrical or energy-storage subcontractor on a prime's team
  • As a staffing partner supplying crews under the prime's supervision
  • As a joint venture partner where the scope justifies it
  • As a direct bidder where the size and set-aside structure fit

Tell us the solicitation number and the deadline. If we are not the right fit we will say so quickly rather than tie up your bid schedule.

Where public money is going

Grid hardening, resilience and island systems

Federal energy funding has moved toward reliability and hardening — particularly in territories and regions where outages are frequent and consequences are severe. Puerto Rico alone has received substantial federal support for grid recovery, and the work there is ongoing. That is precisely the kind of scope we are built for: storage, distribution, substation and resilience work in difficult conditions, performed under U.S. compliance rules.
